Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. For those patients that desire an extended payment option, Care Credit is available.

Care Credit program:

• CareCredit: Please apply online before your appointment at www.carecredit.com.
• The CareCredit option offered by our office is 6 months no interest charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.
• If you already use CareCredit for other professional providers like physicians or veterinarians, or for vision, hearing or pharmacy expenses, you can use the same card at our office!
