Patient Payment

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.

Our fees are determined by the teeth involved, the complexity of treatment, and the dental materials used to provide your care. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Patients electing to pay in full for treatment on the day of service with cash, check or debit card will receive a 5% discount.  

Please remember that ultimately, you are fully responsible for all fees for services provided by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We strive to validate your insurance coverage, research your benefits, and process your claims electronically to help ensure your maximum benefit.  Although we work with all insurance companies, we are in network with Delta Dental, Cigna and Humana. Most insurance companies will respond within two to three weeks, although occasionally insurance companies will require extraordinary documentation which will delay your benefit. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
